Job Description
We are hiring a Welder with strong MIG welding experience (TIG knowledge required) to working on pumps, valves, and related mechanical equipment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $22–$30/hour (based on experience)
Location: Mississauga, ON

Key Responsibilities
• Perform MIG welding (primary) and TIG welding as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Work on fabrication and repair of pumps, valves, and components
• Assist with assembly and finishing tasks

Additional Duties

This role also includes shop support/finishing work when welding volume is low:
• Touch-up painting and surface finishing
• Cleaning and preparing materials
• Assisting with shipping & receiving
• General shop-floor support

Requirements
• Proven experience in MIG welding; TIG experience required
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings
• Experience working with industrial equipment (pumps/valves preferred)
• Willingness to take on varied shop duties
• Reliable and team-oriented
