Duties
β’ Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring strong and clean welds.
β’ Will be trained to use laser welder.
β’ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
β’ Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
β’ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
β’ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
β’ Minimum of 3 years of prior experience.
β’ Proficiency in MIG welding techniques with relevant certifications preferred.
β’ Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
β’ Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
β’ Experience with machining processes is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and the operation of a press brake machine.
β’ Ability to operate a forklift safely; certification is advantageous but not required.
β’ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
β’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
