We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. Duties
β€’ Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring strong and clean welds.
β€’ Will be trained to use laser welder.
β€’ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
β€’ Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
β€’ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
β€’ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications
β€’ Minimum of 3 years of prior experience.
β€’ Proficiency in MIG welding techniques with relevant certifications preferred.
β€’ Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
β€’ Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
β€’ Experience with machining processes is a plus.
β€’ Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and the operation of a press brake machine.
β€’ Ability to operate a forklift safely; certification is advantageous but not required.
β€’ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
β€’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
