Job Description
At Ospi Brentwood, our mission is to empower and inspire our team so together we can do what we love - create meaningful experiences for our guests. We strive to provide our Mementors (anyone employed by the Memento Mori Hospitality group—Jame, Ospi Venice, Ospi Brentwood, Jemma Hollywood, Ospi Costa Mesa, ¡Jaime! Taqueria, and Ospi Montecito) with the same level of hospitality that we offer each guest who walks through our doors.

Our goal is to expand the Memento Mori Hospitality group internationally. We are looking for people who believe in what we stand for and want to grow with us. We view growth as a marathon, not as a sprint, and are excited to share our successes with the rest of the Mementor team. With that growth, we want to be the most rewarding employer in hospitality by encouraging our team to be creative, passionate, scrappy, and genuine.

As a Mementor, you will be immersed in a collaborative and visionary restaurant group that is driven by high standards, critical thinking, and empathy. You will learn with a hands-on approach through daily feedback and mentorship from our senior managers. We will support you as you hone your skills, and give you a place to shine when you are ready. In return, we ask for integrity, hospitality, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Ospi Brentwood is Jackson and Melissa Kalb’s third restaurant. Join our upscale casual Italian restaurant and be an integral part of building something special from the ground up. This is a rewarding opportunity for those who are committed to taking care of others, strive for excellence, and are ready to work hard to make a difference.
