RESTAURANT MANAGER

Houston, TX On-Site Full-Time

$50,000 – $65,000/year + bonus potential

The Floor Manager is the energy of the restaurant. You're the one who reads the room, keeps the team sharp, and makes every guest feel like they're in the right place. If you lead by doing — not just directing — this is your role.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Manage daily FOH operations including labor, comps, voids, and shift flow
• Lead from the floor — coach, direct, and elevate the team's performance in real time
• Uphold and enforce company standards, policies, and service expectations
• Build genuine relationships with guests and drive repeat visits through hospitality that stands out
• Foster a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement
• Adapt quickly when things shift — you keep operations smooth under any condition

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Experience managing $1M+ in annual sales volume
• Natural ability to engage, motivate, and develop team members
• Strong understanding of guest engagement and the local Houston market
• Hands-on leadership style — you don't just manage, you work alongside your team

WHY ALIFE
• Health insurance for eligible team members
• Paid time off that grows with your tenure
• Family meal every shift — always on us
