Picker and Packer

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Picker and Packer to join our team. In this role, you will help manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring items are handled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
• Receive incoming shipments and unload packages safely
• Check deliveries to confirm items are correct and in good condition
• Sort and organize products in designated storage areas
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items
• Print and attach shipping labels and basic documentation
• Keep records of shipments using simple systems (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Work with team members to ensure daily tasks are completed on time

Qualifications
• You work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
• You have basic English skills to understand instructions and communicate effectively
• You pay attention to detail and complete tasks carefully and accurately
• You are dependable and show up ready to work on time
• You are willing to learn and open to training and feedback
• You are comfortable with light physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting typical packages
• No previous experience is required—training will be provided for all job duties

Pay: $29.62 - $36.45 per hour
