Hours are 7:00AM-3:30PM (OT/ Weekends likely).

Summary:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Packer is responsible for processing the highest quality of fresh fish to fulfil customer orders. Additionally, this individual is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set up work area
• Arrange packing materials
• Makes boxes
• Production Supervisor will assign what items are to be packed and what quantities.
• Process product on designated machines (places fish on container, putting sticker, and placing product into shipping boxes).
• Place processed product into transport containers and then into transport cart and move it to the packing station.
• When completed the Production supervisor will instruct the next assignment.
• Production Supervisor will also give instructions as to the specification of the product
• Cleaning and Sanitizing (if instructed by Production Supervisor)
• Tables, sinks, cutting boards, drains, curtains, floors, scales, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Of 1 Year Factory Related Experience Preferred.

Work Environment:

Work performed in a refrigerated/cold environment
