Job Description
HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within the packaging department, ensuring the accurate preparation, inspection, and packaging of products for manufacturing and distribution. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting to meet dynamic production demands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform daily warehouse tasks, including preparing products for manufacturing and distribution.
• Troubleshoot and adapt to changing priorities to meet order demands efficiently.
• Inspect products for defects and verify accuracy of counts before packaging.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain product standards and make inventory adjustments as needed.
• Interpret and follow the production schedule, ensuring proper materials are in inventory and ready for use.
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Accurately complete documentation related to production and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
