Job Title: Picker/Packer – Outbound
Department: Warehouse – Shipping
Reports To: Outbound Supervisor / Warehouse Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Outbound Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and preparing orders for shipment. This role ensures that customers receive the correct items in a timely and secure manner, following all shipping procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets, handheld scanners, or voice-picking systems
• Pack items safely and securely to prevent damage during transit
• Confirm order accuracy and apply shipping labels
• Stage completed orders for carrier pickup or internal delivery routes
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Assist with shipping documentation and inventory adjustments as needed
• Keep workstations clean and follow all safety guidelines
• Report any shortages, mispicks, or packing issues to the outbound supervisor
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with order picking, packing, or fulfillment is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift
• Familiarity with warehouse scanning systems and shipping software
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
