Job Description
Monthly Salary: Up to S$5k/month (Negotiable)
Working Location: Multiple locations
Working Hours: 48 hours per week, 5-day work week

Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and day-to-day training to staff within the assigned service area.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage floor control to maintain and improve service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
• Coordinate activities involving staff, products, and equipment to maximise sales and operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise the service team by assigning tasks and roles effectively.
• Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for daily service and conduct briefings on staffing and operational matters.
• Manage customer flow and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Monitor service standards to ensure they meet the restaurant's quality, service, cleanliness and brand values.
• Address service lapses promptly and implement improvements where necessary.
• Manage cash floats, audit rolls, and troubleshoot point-of-sale or cash register issues when required.
• Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of any cash shortages or surpluses.
• Act as the escalation point of the service crew regarding operational or service-related issues.
• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and support the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle and resolve complex customer complaints or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Enforce restaurant standards related to quality, service, cleanliness, and value.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with workplace safety and food safety regulations.
• Implement correct actions to address unsafe or non-compliant practices.
• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new hires.
• Provide training to encourage role rotation and multi-skilling among service staff.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Promote and maintain a safe and positive workplace environment.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in Fine Dining restaurants is required.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards and food safety practices.
