No formal education or prior experience is required for entry-level kitchen support roles under the F&B PWM, which sets the minimum at S$1,600 monthly as of 2026. Singapore citizens and PRs are given hiring priority over foreigners. Basic literacy and physical fitness suffice for most positions.
