Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Waiters & Waitresses to join our catering team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in food & beverage department within the Catering Operations.Duties & Responsibilities:Set up tables, buffets, and service stations according to event plans and layouts.Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally during catered events.Greet guests and respond to their requests with a friendly and helpful attitude.Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.Assist with post-event clean-up and packing of catering equipment and supplies.Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and event coordinators.Monitor food and beverage levels and replenish as needed.Handle glassware, dishes, and utensils carefully to avoid breakage Minimum 3 years of experienceStrong customer service and communication skills.Ability to remain professional, courteous, and calm under pressure.
