Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager with extensive fine dining experience to lead our operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities
• Guest Experience
• Ensure flawless service and personalized attention for every guest.
• Oversee fine dining protocols including wine service, menu presentation, and table etiquette.
• Handle VIP guests and special occasions with discretion and professionalism.
• Operational Management
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen.
• Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail in line with fine dining standards.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow for optimal service.
• Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff in luxury service techniques and etiquette.
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of excellence.
• Lead by example, demonstrating poise, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Financial Oversight
• Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with chefs and sommeliers to design profitable menus and wine lists.

Qualifications
