Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the restaurant industry and be familiar with Indian cuisine.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staff, and customer service
• Ensure high quality food and service is consistently delivered to guests
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
• Create schedules for employees that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Must possess a valid visa for employment in Qatar
