Overview

KBalai Cleaning is currently seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team in Montreal and surrounding areas.

This is a flexible, on-demand contractor position ideal for individuals looking for part-time, freelance, or supplemental income. Work is assigned based on client demand, and schedules may vary week to week.

Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and functionality
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
• Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and report any issues or special requests
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas

Requirements
• Previous residential, housekeeping, Airbnb, hotel, or professional cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Comfortable travelling to different job locations across Montreal and the surrounding areas
• Basic English communication required; French is an asset

Pay: $50.00-$140.00 per day
