Job Description
Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in Mississauga, Ontario, CA . This role requires a hands-on approach to managing a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across various industrial facilities. You will be responsible for scheduling, training, quality control, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities: Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning crew. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to established quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention. Train new cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and the use of equipment. Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations. Address any client concerns or issues related to cleaning services promptly and professionally. Monitor the performance of the cleaning team and provide constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Coordinate with facility managers to meet specific cleaning requirements.
Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if required. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties as needed and inspect facilities. High school diploma or equivalent.
