Responsibilities:

Develop proficiency in basic welding terminology and processes. Engage with mentors and instructors for guidance and feedback. Maintain a log of learning activities and progress. Prepare for practical assessments (which may require attending specific locations). Develop problem-solving skills related to welding applications. Contribute positively to the remote learning community.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interest in pursuing a career in welding. Ability to learn and retain technical information. Self-motivated and disciplined to succeed in a remote learning environment. Good communication skills for interacting in virtual settings. Basic computer literacy and internet access. Willingness to attend in-person practical training sessions as required.
