Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a qualified Welder to join their team. The Welder will be responsible for operating welding equipment to fabricate and weld metal components for various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various welding techniques and equipment and be able to follow technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality welds.

Responsibilities:
โ€“ Read and interpret technical drawings and welding procedures
โ€“ Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for each job
โ€“ Weld metal components together using various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, or ARC welding
โ€“ Inspect welds for quality and correct any imperfections
โ€“ Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
โ€“ Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working with hazardous materials and tools
โ€“ Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:
โ€“ High school diploma or equivalent
โ€“ Proven experience as a Welder, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
โ€“ Certification in welding techniques is preferred
โ€“ Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
โ€“ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
โ€“ Good physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy materials
โ€“ Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in welding
