Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at Msuez Uk in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly
- Report any lost and found items to management
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically able to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
