Plumber license needed: Master

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour (Base pay may be adjusted based on experience, licensure level, and location.)

Schedule: Full-time (40 hour/week), no on-call

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to handle plumbing work across our residential rental properties in the Atlanta market. This role focuses on repairs, maintenance, and inspections while ensuring all systems remain safe, reliable, and compliant.

You'll work independently in the field while also supporting our internal maintenance team as the go-to plumbing expert.

What You'll Do
• Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Inspect plumbing systems during move-outs, turnovers, and onboarding
• Support and guide in-house technicians on complex plumbing issues
• Ensure all work meets local codes and company standards
• Conduct quality checks on vendor work when needed
• Maintain clear communication and a professional, customer-first approach

What We're Looking For

Required: Master Plumbing License (in-state)
• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communication
• Own standard plumbing tools
• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment
• Daily travel to local properties
• Mix of indoor and outdoor work
• Physical role (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, etc.)
