Job Description
New Construction RESIDENTIAL Plumbing Superintendent! We are looking for a Tradesman/Journeyman Plumber to oversee new construction, residential projects in the Houston area. Applicants should have experience managing sub-contractors in a construction environment and demonstrate capabilities in safety and cost control, while providing quality workmanship.

Essential Functions:
• Responsible for ensuring the plumbing installation is completed on time and with the highest levels of quality. Attention to detail is necessary.
• Must be able to schedule work through a shared app and forecast job phases.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and practices, ability to review construction blue prints, and a solid understanding of city regulations is required.
• Capable of performing basic plumbing and repairs when needed.
• Must be able to build relationships with vendors and clients, maintaining open communication channels, responsiveness and operating with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure that all workplace safety standards are maintained.
• Ability to provide highest levels of customer service.
• Ability to track and assign work to subcontractors and follow-up until completion.
• Must be able to operate and update the customer portal for upcoming job assignments, as well as review productivity reports on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:
• Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing license issued by the state of Texas
• Valid Drivers License
• 4 or more years of experience in the residential plumbing industry
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and high quality standards and strong communication skills are necessary to be successful in the role
• Ability to work efficiently with little to no supervision
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
