What Youll Be Doing

As a Commercial Service Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing commercial plumbing systems throughout the Los Angeles service area.

Responsibilities Include:
• Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues independently
• Perform service, maintenance, and emergency repairs
• Work on drains, valves, water lines, sewer systems, piping, and commercial fixtures
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Keep service vehicle clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow all company safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Represent the company professionally at all job sites

Qualifications

Required:
• Strong commercial plumbing service experience
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid California Class C drivers license with clean driving record
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, climb, crawl, and work in physically demanding environments
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred:
• Experience running an independent service route
• Ability to read commercial plumbing and mechanical schematics
• Experience with large commercial buildings and facilities
• High-rise, industrial, or multi-site commercial experience
