Management Trainee Service Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Manager in daily operations of the restaurant
• Supervise and motivate the team to deliver top-notch customer service
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Support training and onboarding of new staff
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving targets
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for customer satisfaction
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and store reporting
Management Trainee Kitchen Key Responsibilities:
• Learn the ins and outs of back-of-house operations
• Support daily kitchen functions, including prep, inventory, and team coordination
• Work closely with our Outlet Chef and Management Team
• Develop leadership and problem-solving skills
• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary industry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and ability to handle pressure
• Culinary school background or kitchen experience (a plus but not required)
