Job Description
• Supervise the smooth running of the outlet
• Ensure the venue opens on time and are ready for business
• Ensure excellent front of house service allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of venue
• Liaise on shift with Head Chef to resolve problems and ensure great service
• Complete daily paperwork to ensure the safe running of the venue and for those standards to be monitored and maintained throughout the shift
• Detailed check of deliveries for accuracy and quality of product
• Ensuring stock is received and secured in cellars on delivery
• Ensure stock rotation is applied when storing deliveries and that the correct storage method is applied to each product
• Display stock levels should be monitored throughout your shift and replenished as required
• Recording any wastage
• Help coach and bring staff through
• Ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained at all times

Qualifications :
• Previous experience of Hospitality Service work required
• Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and supervise a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• High standards of honesty and integrity
• Strong personality thickskinned and able to deal calmly and confidently with a diverse range of customers.
• Hard working and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good Personal Hygiene
• Arabic and English speaking a strong asset
