SERVICE DRIVER / LIAISON

Job Description:
β€’ Safely transport company personnel, VIPs, and guests to designated locations
β€’ Act as a company liaison for processing documents with government agencies (e.g., permits, licenses, clearances)
β€’ Handle delivery and pick-up of important documents and items
β€’ Ensure timely completion of errands and official transactions
β€’ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of the assigned vehicle
β€’ Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately
β€’ Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays
β€’ Assist passengers professionally and courteously
β€’ Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and transactions
β€’ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents

Qualifications:
β€’ Proven experience as a driver and/or liaison staff
β€’ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
β€’ Skilled in driving both manual and automatic vehicles (experience with high-end vehicles is a plus)
β€’ Familiar with local routes, traffic patterns, and government office locations
β€’ Trustworthy, reliable, and highly organized
β€’ Good communication and interpersonal skills
β€’ Physically fit and able to handle errands efficiently
