Job Description
· Sweeping of flooring, roads and pavement.

· Mopping of flooring.

· Clean and sanitize (19) bathrooms and replenishment of consumables.

· Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, water dispensers, coffee makers and dishes.

· Re-stock supplies in bathrooms, coffee stations, café lounge and common areas.

· Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.

· Dusting and cleaning office desks, furniture and appliances.

· Cleaning of windows and glass walls, doors and ceiling.

· Maintain janitor lockers in a clean, organized and safe manner.

· Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.

· Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals and proper safe sanitation.

· Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.

· General maintenance of facilities

· Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.

· Preparation and service of food.

· Purchase food items in nearby restaurants for meeting purposes.

· Preparation and cleaning of meeting rooms.

Pay: Php525.00 per day
