Job Description
• Perform welding and fabrication works using approved welding techniques and procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal materials according to specifications.
• Repair damaged equipment, machines, structures, and metal components.
• Operate welding machines, cutting torches, grinders, and other fabrication tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Observe and comply with all occupational safety and health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments regarding fabrication and repair requirements.
• Prepare materials and tools needed for assigned work.
• Report equipment defects, safety hazards, and operational concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications
• Holder of TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or equivalent welding certification.
• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication work is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in welding processes, metal fabrication, and equipment maintenance.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment.
