Job Description
This role is expected to provide both a visible security presence and specialized driver-guard services, safeguarding personnel, property, and corporate standards. This role covers access control, parking and traffic management, compliance checks for employee grooming and uniforms, and de-escalation of disputes involving clients or staff.

Serving as a frontline extension of the Security and Discipline Department, this position demands vigilance, discretion, and a courteous approach in executing security, mobility, and enforcement tasks that protect both the company’s people and reputation.

Qualifications
• High School Graduate or vocational certificate holder.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology is preferred but not required.
• Licensed Security Guard with valid professional
• At least two (2) years in security enforcement or employee-facing service roles.
• Familiarity with organizational compliance standards and customer service principles.
• Attention to presentation and adherence to workplace norms with consistency and impartiality in application of discipline standards.
• Excellent communication skills involving calmness, respect, clarity and professionalism in handling of employee and client including sensitive customers.
• Experience in incident reporting, security planning, and staff supervision.
• Physically capable of performing conflict resolution tasks.

Ability to drive/ maneuver manual and automatic transmissioned-vehicle is highly preferred.
