Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, efficient, and reliable All-Around E-Commerce Warehouse Administrator. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce warehouse, from receiving stock to packing and dispatching orders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
• Receiving & Inbound: Receive, inspect, and count incoming shipments; properly organize and stock items on shelves.
• Inventory Control: Maintain an orderly warehouse layout and perform regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick & Pack: Accurately pick and pack items according to e-commerce platform orders (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) ensuring safe packaging.
• Dispatch & Logistics: Prepare waybills/shipping labels and coordinate with courier riders for daily order pickups.

Requirements
• Proven experience in e-commerce warehouse operations, packing, or logistics is a major plus.
• Hardworking, highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (familiarity with printing shipping labels or using basic inventory systems).
• Ability to lift packages and manage physical daily warehouse tasks.
