Job Description
We are looking for a Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Nehra Associate to protect buildings, assets or personnel. You will be responsible to maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The position offers ₹ 19,500 - ₹ 24,500 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Look/Identify for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
• Detain criminals and evict violators.
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
• Carry out random patrolling of the building and premises.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Surveillance skills, attention to detail, and excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures are important for this profile. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.

As per the Chief Labour Commissioner notification effective April 2026, the minimum wage for security guards in Zone I is Rs. 1,200 per day, amounting to Rs. 31,200 per month for 26 working days. In Zone IV, it is Rs. 1,080 per day or Rs. 28,080 per month. Overtime beyond 48 hours per week is paid at twice the ordinary rate.
What are the eligibility criteria to become a security guard in India?
