Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a presentable, alert, and courteous female candidate to manage our reception area while also handling basic security responsibilities at the entry point. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Stationed at the reception/entry area at all times during duty hours • Greet and acknowledge every visitor with a smile and a polite demeanor • Register and manage visitor entries — maintaining the visitor log accurately • Verify visitor identity and purpose of visit before allowing entry • Ensure only authorized personnel and registered visitors are permitted inside • Maintain a secure and orderly reception area • Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized persons to the concerned authority • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor appointments CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Gender: Female Height: Minimum 5'4" – 5'5" Education: Basic schooling (English proficiency required) Communication: Polite, well-mannered, and presentable Attitude: Friendly, alert, and professional Basic understanding of security protocols (Full training will be provided) No prior experience mandatory — freshers with the right attitude are welcome
