Job Description:

Malik Enterprises is hiring dedicated individuals for the role of Picker / Packer at our facility in Patparganj, Delhi. This position is integral to our warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods and maintaining quality standards throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently pick and pack goods for dispatch according to picking lists.
• Identify and dispatch goods accurately, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct inspections to assure the quality of goods before dispatch.
• Maintain detailed and accurate inventory reports for effective inventory management.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage space.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in picking and packing operations.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or similar roles is preferred.
