Job Description
Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker & Packer to support daily warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods while following company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order requirements.
• Pack items safely and accurately for dispatch.
• Verify product quantity, quality, and SKU before packing.
• Label shipments correctly and prepare packages for delivery.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.
• Conduct basic inventory checks and report stock discrepancies.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure daily targets and timelines are achieved.

Required Skills
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle physical work and stand for long hours.
• Team player with disciplined work approach.
• Basic knowledge of barcode scanners or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand invoices, labels, and pick lists.

Eligibility Criteria
• 10th / 12th Pass or above.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, ecommerce, or retail backend operations preferred.
• Freshers with strong learning attitude may also be considered.

• Punctual and responsible.
• Fast learner with positive attitude.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
• Experience in ecommerce or retail warehouse will be an added advantage.
