**Requirements**:

- Matric with relevant qualification (Diploma/Degree)
- 3-5 years of proven work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in FMCG or Food Manufacturing
- Relevant supervisory experience

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:

- Supervise packaging operations to uphold high standards of product quality.
- Perform regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to company specifications.
- Identify and rectify non-compliance issues, implementing corrective measures to minimize defects.
- Ensure packaging activities are executed promptly and accurately to meet customer delivery expectations.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct frequent safety audits and training sessions for staff.
- Enforce safety protocols and promptly address any safety hazards to maintain a secure work environment.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster collaboration among departments to achieve operational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication to align on operational goals and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide clear and concise communication to team members and management.

Equipment and Resource Management:

- Regularly inspect equipment and address maintenance needs promptly.
