Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join their Apprenticeships & Trainee program as a Junior Electrician Apprentice. This program is designed to provide comprehensive on-the-job training and theoretical knowledge to equip you for a successful career in the electrical trade. You will work closely with experienced electricians, learning all aspects of electrical installations, maintenance, and repair across various settings.

Program Highlights:
Gain hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. Receive formal technical training at an accredited institution. Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems, and power distribution equipment. Understand and apply electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Develop skills in using a variety of hand and power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic devices. Participate in a structured mentorship program with seasoned professionals. Opportunity to progress and gain certifications within the trade. Exposure to various project types, contributing to the successful completion of electrical infrastructure works. Develop a strong understanding of electrical theory, circuit protection, grounding, and safety protocols. Learn about sustainable energy solutions and modern electrical technologies. Requirements:
Minimum of a Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) education with a strong aptitude for technical subjects, particularly Mathematics and Physical Science. A genuine interest in learning the electrical trade and a strong work ethic. Ability to work safely and follow instructions meticulously. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces. Valid driver's license is advantageous but not essential. Must be willing to attend technical college as part of the apprenticeship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to completing the apprenticeship program. Prior work experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
