Welder – Bedford Park, IL

Weld-Rite Services, Inc. is an industrial metal fabrication company serving the Chicago area since 1946. We are known for our high quality of work along with extensive knowledge in all phases of our field.

Our partnered companies Ringwood Company (ringwoodstarchmix.com) and Ducker Ringwood Automation LLC (ducker-ringwood.com) are international equipment manufacturing companies. We build conveying systems, material handling systems, environmental systems and starch adhesive systems designed for the corrugated box industry.

We currently have an opening for a Welder. This position requires a qualified incumbent with a good attitude and a desire to progress and improve their skills while taking on new projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

· MIG, TIG, and Stick welding skills

· Need basic tools and equipment for this position

· Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and assemble weldments accurately

· Use of power tools (i.e., drills, saws, and hand grinders)

· Dependent of job order, you must be able to work standing, kneeling, bending, reaching. Stooping, walking.

· Each approved candidate will be tested on the abilities during the hiring process

· Pass a certification test

· Must be able to read, write and understand English

· Must pass all required screenings (background, drug and physical and lift screenings)

· Valid Driver’s License in good standing
