Job Description
Now Hiring: Flux Core Welders
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Long Term Project
Wages: $28.00 Per Hour $150.00 Per Diem $400.00 Travel Pay 2 Weeks of lodging paid by Construction Services $1,000.00 Bonus
Experience: 5+ years' work experience welding. Must have current experience with flux core welding.
~ Must have current experience with ceramic tape backing.

Essential Functions:
~ Knowledge and proficiency of heavy shipyard construction welding in all positions.

Welding process includes: FCAW Flux Core Arc Welding
~ Knowledge, understanding and demonstration of interpreting approved Welding Procedure Specifications.

Knowledge and ability on how to use all tools related to welding, including basic trouble shooting and maintaining welding equipment to assure a safe and efficient operation. Welder must proficiently demonstrate welding ability through performance and testing as determined by project.
~ Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

- Must successfully pass 1st class skill test - 2G & 3G Ceramic Backed Test - Must Successfully pass a background check and drug test - Must be willing to work any shift and overtime if required.
