Job Description
As a Production Technician, you will support daily manufacturing operations through TIG welding, material handling, and inventory control. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, ensuring production efficiency, and supporting workflow organization within the department.

Responsibilities:
• Perform TIG welding on sheet metal components to meet quality standards
• Operate production machinery and inspect finished products for accuracy
• Handle and move materials, including raw, WIP, and finished goods
• Track, label, and verify materials and inventory using ERP systems
• Stage and organize products based on production schedules
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and support workflow efficiency
• Assist production leadership with daily operations and organization

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 1+ year of manufacturing/production experience; prior leadership or workflow support preferred
• 2+ years of TIG welding experience on sheet metal
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, quality standards, and safety practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory flow
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
