Role Overview

A regional liquid tanker fleet based out of Houston, TX is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for general chemical and liquid bulk freight operations throughout the Midwest, South, and Canada. This position offers strong weekly mileage, premium hazmat pay opportunities, dedicated customer freight, and modern equipment for experienced tanker drivers.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer hauling liquid bulk and chemical freight
• Load and unload tanker freight safely and efficiently
• Maintain DOT, hazmat, and tanker compliance standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations teams
• Safely manage regional delivery schedules and routes
• Follow all safety procedures when handling liquid chemical freight

Requirements
• Valid CDL-A license required
• Tanker endorsement required
• Hazmat endorsement required
• TWIC card required
• Valid passport preferred for Canadian deliveries
• Minimum 6 months previous liquid tanker experience preferred
• OR 24 months recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience required
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
• Must live within 60 miles of Houston, TX
• No pets or passengers permitted

Compensation & Benefits
• Average weekly pay: $1,200-$1,800 gross
• Average weekly miles: 2,200-2,500
• CPM pay based on verified tractor-trailer experience
• Additional pay for loading and unloading events

• Utilization incentive available after 1,600+ miles weekly
