CDL-A Local Night Drivers — Home Daily | Consistent Schedule | Performance Pay

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local night operation with a static schedule, predictable income, and daily home time. This role is ideal for drivers who want routine, stability, and fair pay tied to experience and performance.

Schedule & Home Time
• Home daily
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
• Weekends: Begin Saturday at 12:00 AM through Monday at 4:00 AM
• Two consecutive days off each week
• Static schedule — no surprise route changes

Pay Package (Based on Experience)
• 6–24 months: $0.37 CPM
• 24–36 months: $0.38 CPM
• 36–48 months: $0.39 CPM
• 48–60 months: $0.41 CPM
• 60+ months: $0.43 CPM

Additional Pay Opportunities
• Customer Load Incentive: $40 per paid load
• Night Premium: +$0.06 CPM
• Weekend Premium: +$0.12 CPM
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop
