About Us:

Lone Star Pristine Cleaning Co. is a Dallas-Fort Worth based residential and light commercial cleaning service. We've built our reputation on reliability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for experienced, independent cleaning contractors to join our growing network and help us serve more families and businesses across the DFW area.

Position Overview:

We're seeking reliable, self-motivated cleaning contractors who can deliver high-quality cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work on your own schedule while building a steady income stream through our recurring client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential and light commercial cleaning services (recurring and one-time cleans)

Deliver consistent, high-quality work that meets our quality standards

Manage your own cleaning supplies and equipment

Communicate professionally with clients and respond to scheduling requests

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Handle move-in/move-out deep cleans, apartment cleaning, and recurring maintenance cleans

Report any issues or concerns to management promptly

What We're Looking For:

MUST HAVE:

โœ“ Current liability insurance (minimum $1M coverage) โ€” You must provide proof of active insurance

โœ“ Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment โ€” We do not provide supplies

โœ“ Reliable transportation โ€” Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle

โœ“ Background check clearance โ€” We conduct thorough background checks on all contractors

โœ“ Proven cleaning experience โ€” At least 2+ years of professional or residential cleaning experience

โœ“ Attention to detail โ€” High standards for quality and thoroughness

โœ“ Strong communication skills โ€” Ability to interact professionally with clients and management

โœ“ Flexible availability โ€” Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some evenings

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with move-in/move-out deep cleans

Experience with commercial cleaning

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Your own cleaning business background

Excellent online reviews or references

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive per-job rates ($75-$150+ depending on job scope and size)

Work Schedule:

Flexible โ€” You choose your availability

Most jobs are Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm

Some evening and weekend availability required

Requirements:

Must be 18+ years old

Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must have current liability insurance (proof required)

Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
