Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces during night shifts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning tasks. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management. Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld.
