Job Description
Job Purpose:
• The Overnight Cleaning Supervisor at Crews is responsible for overseeing and executing the cleaning and maintenance operations within the kitchen and back-of-house areas during the overnight shift. This role ensures that all equipment is maintained, areas are prepared for opening, and health and safety guidelines are strictly followed. The supervisor will lead a team to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment, contributing to the overall success of the operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and participate in the cleaning of kitchen and back-of-house areas, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
• Prepare the kitchen for opening by ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed and areas are ready for use.
• Understand kitchen closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed and documented accurately.
• Replace and clean filters, maintaining logs and checklists to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Follow and enforce health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Clean and Repair Refrigerators, Freezers, Soda Machines
• Check Hot line and equipment. Repair as needed.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively during the overnight shift.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and documentation to ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks have been completed.

Requirements:
• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial building or restaurant maintenance and cleaning.
• Proven ability to work any shift, including late night and early morning hours, in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and carry up to 25 pounds.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage overnight cleaning operations effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance.
• Proficiency in following health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform equipment maintenance and handle kitchen closing procedures.
• Competence in conducting final walkthroughs and completing documentation accurately.
• Capability to replace and clean filters and maintain logs and checklists efficiently.
