Our client is seeking dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaners to join their team in Dallas, Texas , for night shift operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and their patrons. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for a range of janitorial duties, ensuring all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and lobbies. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors. Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring supplies are replenished. Wash windows and glass surfaces. Clean kitchenettes and break rooms. Report any maintenance issues or facility damage to the supervisor immediately. Adhere to all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly. Follow established cleaning schedules and routines. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as needed. Uphold the company's commitment to providing a clean and hygienic environment. Work independently and efficiently during night shifts. Ensure all tasks are completed to satisfaction before the end of the shift. Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and their safe use. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work night shifts as required. Good communication skills to report issues and request supplies.
