The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating E&I site installation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules. This role requires hands-on field experience and close coordination with multidisciplinary teams.Job DescriptionLead and supervise all electrical installation activities at siteOversee cable laying, termination, and field instrumentation installation works with a strong focus on quality and timely executionManage and coordinate testing and commissioning activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersReview and validate daily and weekly progress reports, ensuring accurate tracking of site performanceOversee material planning, control, and site logistics to prevent delays and ensure resource availabilityProvide technical guidance and on-site problem-solving for complex E&I challengesDemonstrate extensive experience in industrial superstructure projects, including end-to-end execution of electrical and instrumentation worksQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics EngineeringMinimum 5 years of relevant field experience, with a strong background in large-scale industrial superstructure projectsProven experience in managing site execution, installation, and commissioning phases of E&I worksDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors on siteStrong coordination, communication, and reporting skillsAbility to work under pressure in fast-paced and demanding site environments
