You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team of professionals.You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Process Engineers, Production Teams, and Quality Assurance), provide support for daily production activities, and define and validate detailed manufacturing processes for new products, among other responsibilities.You’ll specifically take care of creating industrial documentation, defining industrial master data, and setting manufacturing method times, but also drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes during the serial phase.We’ll look to you for:Guiding product definition to improve manufacturability and achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets during specification and preliminary design phases Participating in product design reviews and P-FMEA Validating prototypes and writing tooling specifications when required Performing ERP routings, work instructions, and inspection instructions, ensuring compliance with EHS and ergonomic standards Validating product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI Calculating precise method times and performing workstations task sequencing Supporting production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets during and after serial Go Industrializing retrofits after engineering changes Contributing to continuous improvement workshops and industrial feedback (REX) on manufacturing processes All About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.
