Our portfolio includes MEP infrastructure, commercial developments, and education campuses across multiple regions.We're expanding our technical office team and looking for engineers who want to grow with us from the start.The RoleAs a Junior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer, you'll be involved in real project workflows — supporting documentation, learning to work with international drawings, and building technical habits under the guidance of senior engineers.📍 Location: Istanbul Head Office 🌍 Scope: International projectsWhat You'll Do▸ Support the preparation and tracking of Material Submittals and Shop Drawings for mechanical systems ▸ Learn to interpret and cross-reference architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to help identify coordination issues early ▸ Assist in drafting RFIs and maintaining Document Control registers ▸ Work with senior engineers to ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, EN, and other relevant international standardsWhat We're Looking For✔ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering — recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience ✔ Good written and spoken English — required for an international team ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace ✔ Exposure to BIM/Revit or mechanical calculation tools is a plus ✔ Analytical approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learnWhy D&T GroupMany junior engineers start on domestic projects with limited scope.
