At Seagate, we know that data is always in motion, alive, connected—and we harness it in order to maximize human potential.We are Drive Cleanroom Process Engineer responsible for process monitoring/control HDD assembly and teardown process performance by using engineering knowledge including Six Sigma and Lean to enable multiple skills in data analysis, problem-solving and solution to deliver committed goal metrics which are aligned to company goals.About The Role - You WillProvides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products.Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.Plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.Be assigned on additional tasks and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department, and company goals.About YouExcellent attitude and teamwork-oriented to support organization, company and business requirements.Good self-development and OJT (On the job training) learning in process/product knowledge and Engineering knowledge.Presentation skillsGreat follow up of assigned tasks in a dynamic environment.Fluent in both Thai and English communicationYour Experience IncludesKnowledge in analysis skills, problem-solving tools and decision making.Effectively understand and interpreting statistical dataUnderstand HDD process concept very well.Strong verbal and written communicationStrong presentation skillsLocation:Korat, ThailandOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
