Job Description
Control, monitor, and maintain utility systems within the factory, including electrical systems, compressed air systems, HVAC systems, and RO-EDI water treatment systems.Inspect and ensure utility machinery and equipment are continuously operating and available for production support.Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting/breakdown maintenance activities.Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.Monitor energy consumption and system performance, and prepare daily/monthly operational reports.Supervise contractors during maintenance, installation, or system improvement activities.Ensure all operations comply with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal requirements.Support engineering improvement projects and energy-saving initiatives.Prepare PM documents, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and maintenance history records.Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure utility systems effectively support manufacturing operations.
