Job Description
Job Summary

You will perform electrical and plumbing tasks including installing electronic and sanitary wares, maintaining and repairing facilities equipment, assisting procurement of repair tools, and responding to faults while ensuring safety precautions.

Responsibilities
• Perform electrical and plumbing work including installation of electronic and sanitary wares and accessories to maintain facility functionality
• Assist in procuring necessary items and tools to support timely repairs and maintenance
• Maintain and repair premises and facilities equipment to ensure operational reliability
• Respond promptly to faults and defects to minimize downtime and restore service
• Follow safety precautions consistently to maintain a safe work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in electrical and plumbing work preferred to ensure effective task execution
• Possession of a valid driving license preferred to facilitate transportation for work-related duties
