Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar
Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indians Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations at our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and be familiar with the standards and practices of the hospitality industry. As this position is located in Al-Rayyan, preference will be given to Indian nationals.

Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient housekeeping operations
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are being met and address any issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the hotel

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping management in a hotel setting
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a diverse team effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Must be able to legally work in Qatar

Salary

The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided depending on experience.
